  • Lednice-Valtice Area

  • Holasovice

"Holašovice - reserve of peasant monuments, is a unique example of the “peasant baroque” architectural style. In 1998 it was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The basic historical part is made up of the square and the farms located around it – 23 farms protected as monuments. All the buildings, which number a total of 120 and include the chapel of the square, forge, inn, granaries, stables, stables, farm houses reserved for the farmer's retirement, protective walls and gates of the majestic estates, form a “unique homogeneous set of monuments.” www.unesco.org
