La Couvertoirade, what to see in the Templar village in the South of France

Sometimes the reference to a town or city that “takes you back to medieval times".

Saint Christophe Church

On your walk you will reach the Saint-Christophe church, which was built in the 14th century next to the castle, already within the walls, since since the 11th century there was a small church outside the walls.

With a unique ship Gothic style, it will catch your attention cemetery attached, where you can see some stone steles with Templar crosses, replicas of the originals that are preserved in a museum.
