In the 4×4 route in which I participated, we started from the rural hotel that Javier owns in the town of Garralda, south of the Irati Forest.
After visiting the old Orbaizeta weapons factory, we entered the Irati Forest, whose access I remind you is prohibited to vehicles without authorization.
In this way we arrived in the 4×4 van to the Irabia Reservoir, the most characteristic enclave of this leafy beech forest.
Next, we leave the forest to climb Mount Aezkoa, with totally different landscapes.
The route took us to enter France and travel through some of the valleys, until we returned to Navarra, specifically, to the Mount Azpegui, where we could see some cromlech (stone circles with burials of the Neolithic).
