Would you sign up for an exclusive visit to the Thyssen-Bornemisza museum? Or live a gastronomic experience with the chef Paco Roncero? Or meet in person and be able to play with Alex Corretja?

I have been able to enjoy the latter during the Madrid Open 2013 tournament, which was held at the Magic Box de Madrid, thanks to the opportunity to participate in one of the Priceless Madrid Experiences, which has just been launched MasterCard.

The program Priceless Cities was launched internationally in 2011 to offer credit card users MasterCard the possibility of enjoying its cities in a different way.

Since then, this special loyalty program has been developed in places such as New York, London, Los Angeles, Beijing, Rio de Janeiro and Paris.

From now on, if you have a card MasterCard You can sign up for different types of gastronomy, culture and art experiences, shows, shopping and travel.

In short, it is a way of rediscovering the Madrid leisure offer.

Likewise, this program offers various leisure proposals at advantageous prices for credit card holders.

Priceless Madrid was launched in April, and since then, the possibility has been offered, for example, of participating in a showcooking of a prestigious chef, like the aforementioned Paco Roncero. Or on themed guided tours of museums such as the Thyssen.

Or also participate in a training (clinic) with Alex Corretja, current coach of the Davis Cup tennis team.

The latter was my case, which I have had the opportunity to meet in person and spend an afternoon with Corretja.

And what better way than to do it during a clinic, that is, a very special kind of tennis.

This took place during the celebration of the Madrid Open, and the program of this experience was one of the most attractive: tennis class, talk with Corretja, dinner at the a la carte restaurant Magic Box, and enjoy watching a tennis match on the impressive center court.

The group of participants of this Priceless Madrid experience with Corretja It was nine players, who for an hour and a half were able to do various exercises and entertaining games where we could show our skills.

To highlight the great “closeness” of treatment of Alex Corretja, as well as their useful tips to improve our technique.

And, likewise, the opportunity to play directly with one of the best players that Spanish tennis has ever had, and who was champion of Roland Garros.

After the class, and once showered, came the opportunity to have a pleasant chat commenting on some of the exercises or talking about the current evolution of tennis and Spanish tennis players.

Dinner in the exclusive a la carte restaurant was a well-deserved reward after training and, also, the prelude to being able to watch the tournament match that was being played that night on the center court, a very interesting and competitive one between the Serbian tennis player. Ana Ivanovic and the British Laura Robson.

In short, a great opportunity to enjoy tennis, practicing and watching it.
