  • We were there on December 16, 2022 and the route was changed without notice and we could not see anything other than Velázquez and Serrano Street, they did not pass through Gran Vía, Plaza de España or anything that has to do with a tour to see the lights.
    I think it's a total disappointment. Regrettable itinerary and I do not recommend this activity to anyone. This has happened to many people and I think the company would have to warn that there are problems in order to provide the service as expected.
