Today it's our turn travel to Las Vegas, and the four of us decided to put on the identical t-shirt that we had bought the day before at the Grand Canyon.

After having breakfast and saying goodbye to WilliamsIn our road trip through the United States we begin the journey to Las Vegas, which is located 350 kilometers away.

The route runs through quite desert and arid areas, although we pass through the recreational park of Lake Mead, with various lakes, and by the great Hoover dam that provides water to Las Vegas.

As we approached Las Vegas, we saw this very special city emerge in the middle of the desert.

Upon arrival we went directly to the hotel, which was not one of the famous and glamorous, nor renowned, and was about five kilometers away from the tourist center of Las Vegas.

Of course, in an area of the city full of casinos, slot machines, all open to the public, as well as restaurants, hamburger restaurants, etc.

Long live Vegas! There are no words to define this city located in the middle of nowhere, with daytime temperatures of more than 40º, with air conditioners on full blast everywhere.

Everything, everything, everything focused on the game; it's like a much thematic part of American hype, which is neither a park nor a theme, it is real!!

After settling in at the hotel, we walked around for a while and took photos with an admirer of Elvis Presley, dressed in his clothing.

When I told him that we came from Graceland, riding a Memphis, and with very bright eyes he told me that he went at least once a year.

There were also painters on the street, musicians in swimsuits and small bikinis, with the American flag, singing country songs while waiting for the tip.

And in the casinos there were very cute croupier girls, who served in bikinis.

After eating, we walked towards the central core of las vegas, where all the best-known attractions, hotels, casinos and monuments are located.

It was a walk of about 5 kilometers under a huge sun of justice of more than 40º.

Aurora, who is especially affected by the heat, little by little began to turn very red, until she looked like a beautiful traffic light of that color.

Given the situation, we decided to slow down and take shelter in the shadows.

During this entire journey we saw quite a few chapels to celebrate express weddings, some with the white limousine outside.

As we passed we saw some bride and groom dressed appropriately for the occasion.

Since the heat was oppressive, especially from walking, we decided to take the typical panoramic double-decker bus, and in this way we toured Las Vegas for the next three hours, during which time we saw the sunset.

The tour was really very complete, passing and stopping at all the hotels and casinos of renown. Thus, among others, we went through the trump tower, casino hotels Caesars Palace, Bellagio, The Venetian, The Mandalay Bay, Paris Las Vegas, Excalibur, Circus Circus, luxor, MGM Grand Hotel Casino, Montecarlo, Sam Boyd's Freemont Street Casino, The Golden Nugget and Four Seasons, which is the only one of the large hotels that does not have a casino.

It was a way of seeing in one go las vegas highlights. After taking a complete ride on the bus, shortly after we decided to get off and in a couple of hours visit some of the most emblematic hotels and casinos in this peculiar city.

The casinos were really beautiful, well carpeted, luxurious, without any obstacles when entering, quite the contrary, all facilities, many people playing the machines, black jack, roulette, etc.

The way of dressing is absolutely free. Curiously, not many police officers are seen.

Finally, we returned by taxi to the hotel, and we concluded that with these hours spent in Las Vegas we had enough. Tomorrow, at Hollywood !!
