The end of our life is approaching Coast to coast trip through the United States and Canada, and today we have a new day in New York.

After having breakfast in our already appreciated Bread Factory, We took the subway to the nearest stop. dakota building. We repeat, although this time with more calm and less emotions than the other day, John Lennon's tour.

So, we sat for a long time in that sad place of Central Park where is the famous mosaic that shows Imagine, and which is known as Strawberry Fields.

We crossed Central Park in width, visiting corners that we had not visited on our first visit to the park.

We pass by the pond where there are kids with motor or sailing boats with remote controls.

There were quite a few people resting on the grass, we skirted the Zoo which is also in Central Park and went back out to the 5th Avenue.

There we walked around the area and could see horse-drawn carriages for tourist tours; he Hotel Plaza, the fantastic apple store where we go to see the latest news; the Trump Tower where we entered to see the building inside and look at the windows of the stores inside, all luxury, all very expensive.

Following the 5th Avenue we stand in front of Tiffany, and later we saw St. Patrick's Catholic Cathedral. All surrounded by a skyline of huge skyscrapers.

From there we took the subway to the Sea port.

South street seaport It is a historical and tourist area of the New York City, located in the southeast of Manhattan, very close to the Brooklyn bridge, and adjacent to the financial district of Wall Street, although it is a very different neighborhood.

There are commercial buildings from the early 19th century, a fish market and shopping arcades with shops, restaurants and bars.

Large sailboats are moored along this port area, as well as some museum boats.

From the pier you have excellent views of the Brooklyn Bridge.

We ate in an English pub Sea port, where there was another bacon with funny plastic palm trees and a sandy area that emulated a Caribbean beach.

After a walk through the area admiring the boats, shops and various street performances, we walked towards Wall Street for about half an hour to take the metro and head back to the hotel.

At the hotel we rested for a while and decided to go to our Indian restaurant for dinner, but first we went to see the fuller building o flatiron building, as it is better known.

It is a century-old skyscraper located in Manhattan that became one of the tallest buildings in New York when its construction was completed in 1902. It received its official name from George A. Fuller, founder of the construction company that financed the work and who had died in 1900.

El Flatiron It is located in a triangular block, limited to the south by the Calle 22, west by Fifth Avenue and to the east by Broadway.

These last two streets converge in front of the building with the Calle 23, at the height of Madison square.

The surrounding neighborhood is called Flatiron District in his honor.

The most notable feature, apart from its architectural virtues, is that, to adapt to the terrain and the design of the streets, the building ends up forming a really narrow corner and ending almost in a point.

We walked through that neighborhood that seemed very complete and we ended up having dinner at the Indian restaurant “Curry in a Hurry”. Take a name!

This is already over and we are a little depress.

This feeling of tourists, after sixty-odd days, creates a habit and makes us a little sad, but in bad weather, look good and let them take away what we danced.
