A new day in our road trip through the United States, and a day on the road with weather that alternated sun and clouds.

On our route from Chicago, we crossed some bridge, I took one of those Coca Cola o Dr. Pepper of flavors to confuse the kilometers a little, and we arrived in cleveland around 15,15:XNUMX p.m. after having eaten a sandwich en route.

Cleveland, located on the south shore of Lake Erie, is the second largest city in the state of Ohio, after Cincinnati.

Recent investments have provided the city with various tourist attractions in the center, such as the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, the area of historic theaters recovered from the Playhouse Square Center or Progressive Field baseball stadium.

We are in the most industrialized region of the country, and it also has finance and coal mining as other major sources of income.

We are in the land of  thomas edison or the brothers Wright, known worldwide for having been the first to fly in an airplane.

And also the state of Ohio is the land of Neil Armstrong, the first person to walk on the Moon, recently deceased.

We went directly to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum) where, oh gods!! there was a special exhibition dedicated to Bruce Springsteen. Fantastic coincidence!

For a moment I thought that God exists! And he's good too! It immediately went away.

El Rock & Roll Hall of Fame It is dedicated to the remembrance and memory of the most famous and influential artists in the music industry, with special emphasis on rock and roll.

The building, very original in its design, is on the shores of Lake Erie, next to the Los Angeles Stadium. Cleveland Browns (American football) and the Great Lakes Science Center and surrounded by a well-kept garden.

The first artists to “enter” the museum were Chuck Berry, James Brown, Ray Charles, Sam Cooke, Fats Domino, The Everly Brothers, Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, Little Richard and Elvis Presley.

Later, other legends have entered, such as The Beach Boys, Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, U2, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Pink Floyd, AC/DC, Jon Bon Jovi, Michael Jackson, Eric Clapton, Madonna, Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Bee Gees, among others.

25 years must pass after releasing their first album for a band or musician to enter the Hall of Fame.

The jury is made up of academics, producers and journalists who vote for musicians who they consider have had a demonstrable influence on the history of rock music.

During our visit, the entire exterior of the museum had large posters announcing the reissue of the album Darkness on the edge of town, first published more than 30 years ago.

We toured the entire museum watching on television the stories of the different artists presented there.

We were also able to see a wide collection of his costumes, gold records, books, photos, and listened to recorded songs and interviews, etc.

We also visited the exhibition dedicated specifically to boss.

At times we relive a part of the music that is part of our subconscious, and that just with a few notes takes us to other times, another era, another life.

The truth is that the museum and the theme do not offer much more, and satisfied, but also a little disappointed, we went through the museum store and went out to walk around its surroundings as well as those of the Cleveland Browns football stadium.

As usual, we also took a walk along the shore of Lake Erie, which is part of the Great Lakes, although it is located further south than the others and is also part of the navigable waterway that runs through them.

From its dimensions, the fact that it has an area almost similar to that of Catalonia helps you.

With the car we took a tour of the city center, and then we went directly to the hotel located in a residential area of houses, with some large mansions.
