In our tour of canada, within our road trip coast to coast, before heading to Toronto we wanted to complete our visit to Niagara Falls.

There was no breakfast in the hotel where we were staying, so we decided to treat ourselves well and went to a chain restaurant. Applebee's, where we enjoy A true full American breakfast.

After being really satisfied, we went to the falls again, this time on the Canadian side, where we spent about three hours walking, marveling at the parks and gardens that surround the falls on this side.

The view is spooky, better than from the United States side, the richness of all that nature with so much water, so much, flowing non-stop, liters and liters non stop. Falling down.

On the walk, apart from seeing the American side in a spectacular way, as if from a box, we had the waterfall Horseshoe Falls a couple of meters, yes, two meters, with the water rushing in all its grandeur.

We took many photos of everything, of the water, of the cloud of steam that forms the Horseshoe waterfall when it fell, the contrasts between the radiant sun and the clouds, the fog, in short, you could have been there for hours and hours,... it was even exciting and emotional to feel that noise of happiness...

Around 13:XNUMX p.m. we headed towards Toronto, 125 km away, in a new stage of our trip.

Due to the low crime rate, caring environment and high standard of living, Toronto is considered one of the best cities in the world to live in.

Climb the CN Tower in Toronto

La CN Tower (Canadian National Tower), with its 553 meters high, is an emblematic place in the city.

It is a structure not supported by cables on land, the second tallest in the world. Opened to the public in 1976, it is considered one of the wonders of the modern world.

After eating a hot dog and a crepe, we went to buy tickets for visit the CN Tower in Toronto.

Before climbing to the top, we walked through the spacious interior of the base of the tower where there are several restaurants, souvenir shops, and exhibition and meeting rooms.

We had to wait in line to get to the elevator, and then go up to the top very, very quickly.

The upper platform has two levels and, obviously, an immense, distant, clear view of all of Toronto, the Lake Ontario and kilometers of territory around.

La seattle tower It was 160 meters high and the view was already beastly, because from here,… without words.

We spent an hour at the top wandering around, looking and enjoying the fabulous views, photographing the immense skyline from toronto "from above".

We also looked at the explanatory murals of the tower, with the history of its construction, and we stood on top of a place on the platform where the ground was transparent and the sensation it offers when looking down is truly vertigo.

Aurora preferred not to stand on that glass which also gives the sensation that you are falling or could fall.

Logically, all the kids stretched out on that floor that overlooked a huge void behind them and took photos from above with that infinite, swooping background behind their faces. Good experience in the heights.

Once we got down from the tower, for a few hours we walked around the entire great center downtown from the city which, as we expected, was very welcoming, with many restaurants and pubs. Pleasant walk that we took advantage of to go to an ATM, have some coffee and visit squares, gardens, buildings, shops and churches of various religious denominations.

After our pleasant visit from toronto, we headed to the hotel, already heading towards Ottawa, our destination for the next day.
